VOLTAGE Hair Group products may include a limited warranty where stated on the product page.

Warranty Period

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, selected electrical hair tools include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

Please only publish the 12-month warranty if your supplier has confirmed it in writing.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty may cover manufacturing faults or electrical defects that occur during normal household use.

Examples may include:

  • The product not powering on under normal use
  • Clear manufacturing defects
  • Faults with heating or airflow under normal use
  • Product failure not caused by misuse or damage

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Water damage
  • Damage caused by misuse or neglect
  • Damage caused by using the wrong plug, adapter, or voltage
  • Damage caused by dropping the product
  • Cosmetic wear and tear
  • Build-up caused by poor cleaning or maintenance
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Commercial salon use unless the product page clearly states it is suitable for professional use

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email [support@voltagehairgroup.com] with:

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Photos or video showing the fault
  • A description of the issue
  • Confirmation of how the item has been used

We may ask you to return the item for inspection.

Warranty Outcome

Depending on the issue, we may offer:

  • Troubleshooting support
  • Replacement parts or attachments, if available
  • A replacement product
  • A repair solution
  • A refund, where appropriate

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.
