When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. Estimated UK delivery is 7–15 working days after dispatch.

Do you offer returns?
Yes. UK customers have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. After telling us you want to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the item.

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?

We will review the issue and help with the next steps.
