We want you to feel confident shopping with VOLTAGE Hair Group. If you are not happy with your order, please read our returns policy below.

Your Right to Cancel

If you are a UK customer buying online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

After telling us you want to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the item to us.

To start a return, email us at [support@voltagehairgroup.com] with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item you want to return
  • Reason for return, if you wish to provide one

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item should be:

  • Returned with all original accessories, attachments, packaging, manuals, and inserts where possible
  • In a clean and safe condition
  • Not damaged through misuse, neglect, water exposure, overheating, incorrect voltage use, or improper handling

For hygiene and safety reasons, used hair tools must be returned in a clean condition. We may reduce the refund amount if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or if it is returned damaged, missing parts, or not in a resaleable condition.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support@voltagehairgroup.com].

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the issue
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A short explanation of the problem

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate solution depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refunds may take several working days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original Delivery Costs

If you cancel your full order within your legal cancellation period, standard delivery costs may also be refunded where required by law.

If you paid for an upgraded or express delivery service, only the standard delivery cost may be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Items returned without key accessories or parts
  • Items affected by water damage
  • Items altered, repaired, or tampered with by the customer
  • Gift cards, if offered
  • Items that cannot be safely resold due to hygiene or safety concerns, where permitted by law

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
